JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED
Seeking justice in a system that has long failed.
The case of Italian prince Federico Pignatelli della Leonessa is a story of abused trust, stolen properties, stolen money, and the evident failure of the judicial system.
FROM INDIVIDUAL INJUSTICE TO SYSTEMIC CHANGE
The building at Wolfova 1 in Ljubljana, subject of the Mayer family denationalization, has today become a symbol of the fight for justice, transparency, and necessary systemic reforms in Slovenia. Federico Pignatelli and his mother, Princess Doris Mayer, a Slovenian citizen born in Bled from a distinguished Ljubljana family, publicly exposed irregularities in the denationalization process and in the representation of their interests, involving attorney Tjaša Andree Prosenc. She, among other criminal acts, illegally transferred to her son Gregor Prosenc two valuable properties at Wolfova 1 by forging documents and citing alleged cash payments of hundreds of thousands of euros to unrelated persons, while also unlawfully appropriating hundreds of thousands of euros which she transferred to her Swiss bank account.
The building at Wolfova 1 transcends its legal status and represents a turning point in the efforts to protect property rights and institutional accountability, as the legal system fails to function and protect the rights of defrauded and abused parties.

THE TRUTH KNOCKS ON THE DOOR
The building at Wolfova 1 in Ljubljana, the former home of the Mayer family, represents a central symbol of the injustice suffered by the family after World War II. According to the testimony of Princess Doris Mayer von Samassa, the communist authorities upon liberation from German occupation looted the house, took her father away, tortured and ultimately killed him, and imprisoned her mother and sisters before eventually exiling them to Italy. The building at Wolfova 1 thus remains a powerful symbol of property seizure, personal tragedy, fraud, and the family's long fight for justice and denationalization.
INITIATIVE IS THE KEY TO JUSTICE
The building at Wolfova 1 transcends its legal status and represents a turning point in the efforts to protect property rights and institutional accountability. The legal system in Slovenia, in Pignatelli's words, is corrupt and under political influence, along with the Bar Association, against which he has been conducting legal proceedings for several years. Pignatelli stated: 'It is upon all of us to take action and fix this decaying system.'
