Conclusive proof that Tjaša Andree Prosenc, with the help of notary Miro Košak, defrauded her client

Previous articles presented an outline of the criminal story related to the building at Wolfova 1 in Ljubljana and published some documents that help to understand it. It is certainly important to focus very specifically and directly on that key moment which enabled a series of criminal acts.

In 1999 the partners of the company Eurocapital Partners Estate Pignatelli & Co. d.n.o., brothers Luigi and Federico Pignatelli, gave their lawyer Tjaša Andree Prosenc a notarized written power of attorney. The authors quote the full text of the power of attorney, which, among other things, stipulated that the company's director remain Federico Pignatelli.

The authors point to the key moment: instead of following these written instructions, the lawyer had a forged minutes of the assembly notarized by notary Miro Košak, in which "Doris Mayer Pignatelli" was named as director.

The authors raise questions about the role of the notary, the bar association and the judiciary and warn that "the mud of this act" has reached the entire legal system of Slovenia.
